Current Grantees

If your organization currently has a grant from the Foundation, be sure to submit your follow-up form as soon as possible after your program is complete. Submitting follow-up information is required for all grant recipients. In addition to the information requested on our follow-up form, we invite you to submit photos or testimonials from your grant program. Photos submitted may be used in promotional materials, so please make sure you have permission to share and publish the photo from both the photographer and any people in the photo.

If at any point after receiving a grant your program changes and the use of Centre County Community Foundation funding will change as a result, please contact the us. We are happy to work with your organization to review the changes and make sure funding is being used according to Foundation guidelines.
